Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

ANOGI Boutique Guesthouse is the first stonehouse in Perigiali on Lefkada island, located about 30m from the beach. It was built in 1909 and was fully renovated in 2020. The house combines vitage style with modern elements.

Accommodation

The house covers an area of 70m² and can accommodate up to 4 persons. It has a master bedroom with fireplace for 2 persons and a cosy loft with 2 single beds that can be joined if someone needs another double. It is fully equipped with anything you may need, it has a front seaview balcony and a backyard.

A lovely small beach –almost private- is in front of the house in a distance of 30 metres so you can enjoy it anytime! Boat slip-platform is in distance of 100 metres if you want to come with your boat and get it easily in the sea.
