Aiolos Villa is located on the beach, in the village Psakoudia, 200 meters from the center of the place.

Aiolos Villa consists of two buildings: bigger and smaller.

Smaller House

On the 1st floor there is a new apartment No9 with bedroom that has a double bed and with kitchen area that has two sofa beds.

On the 2nd floor there are apartments No7 and No8. There units includes kitchen area with two beds and gallery with two more beds. 

Bigger House

In the semi - basement (several scales below the ground level) there is an quadruple apartment with a bedroom that has a double bed and kitchen area with 2 single beds.

On the 1.st floor there are apartments No1, No2, No3 and each one has bedroom with a double bed and kitchen space with two single beds.

On the 2nd floor are apartments for 5 persons, No4, No5 and No6. These apartments splits into two floors: on the down level is bedoom with a double bed and kitchen space with sofa and on the upper level are located 2 single beds.

Location

At a distance of 80klm from Thessaloniki and only 7 klm from Ormilia, we can meet Psakoudia. Their beach with a unique beauty can impress the most demanding visitor. Here the green of pines blends with the deep blue of sea and sky creating a picture of incomparable natural beauty. In fact, the presence of pines absolutely characterizes the area as it dominates alength the beach. It is also said that the name of settlement Psakoudia comes from the word “ptsakia” which in local dialect means small pines.
The 4 klm beach is ideal for all the swimmers of all ages. It is characteristic the fact that it is always awarded with the blue flag.
