• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Akrogiali Maisonette is a luxurious two-story house with a view of the sea and an amazing and romantic garden. The house is located on the hillside of Posidi, which is the reason why there is a panoramic view of the sea while sitting on the second-floor balcony. The villa has a lovely garden with blooming flowers at the back where you can enjoy some family time while cooking dinner at the BBQ. During your waking hours of the day, you may enjoy your breakfast either at the furnished garden with the perfect shade or at the veranda where you can sit and gaze at the sea view while eating.

Just across the street and only a few meters from the house, there is a path that leads to an amazing beach with crystal clear waters. The path is a little bit rough and not very easy but it is totally worth the trouble since the beach and the sea is going to be your reward.

At the Posidi area has various beach bars, tavernas, and restaurants. You can also enjoy some sightseeing such as the ruins of the ancient sanctuary dedicated to God Poseidon and the lighthouse of Possidi cape, built in 1864. You can't miss them. Take some photos of the lighthouse, the only building at the edge of the Posidi cape while waiting for the dolphins to show up in the sea!

Akrogiali Maisonette has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 persons and 2 infants up to 2 years old.

Guests must be quiet from 23:00 to 9:00 and 14:00 to 17:00. No smoking within the house.

The houses are located in the cliff of Poseidi, there are stairs to approach the beach in front of the cliff. Poseidi beach abstains from the oikismos akrogiali settlement 5minutes, you can go on Poseidi beach either by car or by foot.
