Alexia’s House

Alexia’s House is located in the center of the beach of Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, in one of Greece’s most beautiful regions. It will only take you 2 minutes to reach the sandy beach and enjoy a refreshing swim in the emerald waters of the Toronean Gulf. Complex is 100m away from a supermarket, tavernas, pizzerias, cafes and bars, a bakery, shops, an open-air cinema and shops.

Accommodation

All apartments are well-ventilated and sunny. They all have large verandas furnished with a dining table and chairs and they all look out on our verdant garden. The apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen and all of them are air-conditioned. Hot water is available 24/7. There is a shared barbecue in the garden and a private parking is available in front of the building.

Located either on the first or the second floor, apartments can host 2-4 persons. They have one double bed (and one single bed in 4-bed apartments) in separate bedroom and one or two single beds in the kitchen, depending on how many people the apartment is for.

Room cleaning and change of linens and towels is done after 3 nights.

A baby cot is available upon request. This accommodation is not pet friendly.

It should be noted that this accommodation is more of a modest type, best suitable for less demanding guests.

Nikiti

Nikiti is placed on the North part of the Greece, southeaster ward of Thessaloniki in a distance of 95 km. Previously is placed at the beginning of Sithonia, the peninsula of Chalkidiki.
