• The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up or cancel in the 7 days before arrival, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Alexina Sea View Villa is located in Nea Fokea, 5 kilometers from Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra Peninsula. The accommodation is near the most beautiful sandy beaches, and guests can use a small quiet beach in front of the villa. The villa can accommodate 9 people and offers a garden with a barbecue, sea view, and private parking.

Accommodation

The villa covers an area of 160 m2 and features two levels and four bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed and a terrace, while the other rooms have queen-size, single, and twin beds. There is also a living room with two couches, a kitchen with a dining area, and three private bathrooms. The kitchen includes a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, and kitchen utensils.

The villa is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Bed linen and towels, washing machine, iron, and ironing board are provided. Bed linen is changed on request.

Guests have at their disposal several terraces with a view of the sea and outdoor areas for sitting and dining, a garden, a barbecue, and free private parking.
