Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Set 100 meters from the sea, Anastasia Grigoriadis Rooms is a small family business and consists of 5 comfortable rooms with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable and unique holiday.

Each one is provided with air conditioning, kitchenette, sandwich maker, fridge, TV, hair dryer, WC, shower, and Wi-Fi. It also has a nice balcony with a wonderful view of the Aegean sea.

Special attention is paid to the cleanliness of the rooms. Changing of linen is taking place every 3 days.

The property consists of one double bedroom, two 3-bed rooms, and two 4-bed rooms, all on the second floor of the building. The double bedroom has no kitchenette, only a small hot spot and a sandwich maker.

Anastasia Grigoriadis Rooms are located 250m from the island’s main port and 150m from the most lively street in which a number of restaurants, bars and popular art shops are situated. Also, at a distance of 30m, there is a bakery.

Only 100m away from the property, guests can find a small beach where they can swim and feel the calmness of the sea. The most popular beaches on the island (i.e Alikies, Megali Ammos, Agios Georgios and Karagatsia) are within a driving distance of 5-10 minutes.

There is no private parking, however, guests can find many parking places in the streets surrounding the property.

Ammouliani

Ammouliani is the only inhabited island of Central Macedonia. Administratively, it is part of the municipality of Aristotle. It is situated between Mount Athos and the peninsula of Sithonia. Ammouliani is 122 kilometers away from Thessaloniki and it is only reachable by sea from the port of Tripiti (about 2 nautical miles). The journey lasts 15 minutes and, in the summer, there is an uninterrupted service from morning until late in the evening. The ticket costs 3.5 €/per person (vehicle transport costs 10 €). A water taxi is also available late in the evening.

The majestic church of Agios Nikolaos, built-in 1865 on the island’s central square, is one of the most attractive and popular landmarks in the area. The same is true for the Old School and other religious buildings that speak of the island’s past. The old shipyard or “Arsanas” is another important landmark of Ammouliani. It’s a typical example of the distinctive architecture of Mount Athos, where the monks used to shelter their boats when the weather wouldn’t allow them to sail safely.
