Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Androniki's House is a house in Sykia, Halkidiki, 300 meters from the beach. The house is ideal for families and couples as it consists of a large living room, two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom.

The spacious terrace in the front large courtyard offers unparalleled views of the deep blue waters of the coastline of Sykia. At a distance of a few meters from our house you will find restaurants, taverns and beach bars and a super market.

Accommodation

The holiday home comes with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with garden views.

There is also an outdoor furniture to enjoy your coffee or breakfast in a quiet environment overlooking the sea. There is enough parking for your car.

Sykia

Sykia is located on the second peninsula of Halkidiki and the magnificent view of Mount Athos which is located directly opposite the village, is a landmark for the area. At the ends of the big beach of Sykia there are small coves with beautiful clear blue waters, picturesque fish taverns and beach bars. The village of Sykia is just 2 km from the beach. At a distance of a few kilometers from Sykia there are many famous beaches such as Kavourotripes, Tigania, Kalamitsi, Toroni etc.
