• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Andy’s Place Amazing Sea View Villa 1 is a luxurious 3-storey house with an amazing and romantic view of the sea. The house is infused on a rock where the Aegean Sea meets the hillside of Posidi.

Accommodation

The spacious outline of the villa may accommodate up to six people. The furnished veranda is ideal for a barbeque. The living room has access to the beautiful garden where you can gaze at the sea. Next, to the living room, a kitchen and a bathroom are available.

The second floor has one double bedroom and a single one with the addition of a bathroom. On the top floor, there is a double bedroom with a bathroom. he villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with blooming flowers. During your waking hours of the day, you may enjoy your breakfast at the edge of the furnished garden.

Possidi

Posseidi has several local restaurants by the sea. You can try fresh fish and favorite Greek flavours. Many products are homegrown and the locals give much attention to fresh ingredients from the area. You can also try fresh fish in little fishermans village N.Skioni (10km from Posseidi). You can go out for a romantic drink by the moonlight in Posseidi’s bar Paragkes or the Italian restaurant of the Dolphin hotel and the lounge beach bar Pounta Beach. If you want something wilder Cocus beach bar in Aigiopelagitka beach is offering weekend parties but you could also try a bit more fun in the more crowded bars of the touristic villages of Fourka (3km from Poseidi), Siviri and Kalithea (15km from Poseidi).
