Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

All the studios are air-conditioned and have a double bed and a sofa bed suitable for 2 children. There are a kitchenete, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace with seating furniture.

Elia Beach - Nikiti

Elia Beach is one of the most beautiful places of Halkidiki. Located 11 km away from Nikiti and 10 km from the Neos Marmaras. The sea is very shallow, making it ideal for children and seniors. The area is ideal for underwater fishing. On the mountain behind the house there are walking and cycling routes. One (1) kilometer away there is an organized water sports shop.
