Balias Studios is located at the coastal road of Nea Peramos on the waterfront with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The Nea Peramos located southwest of Kavala with endless beaches awarded with the Blue Flag and offers fun and relaxation.

Balias Studios offers one duplex apartment and nine studios. Each studio has a small kitchenette with fridge and stove, bathroom with shower or bath, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi.
