Chalkidiki Summer Houses 1 is ideally located right on one of Sithonia's most beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear waters. It is an ideal retreat for couples or families with children who enjoy a relaxed vacation style.

There is free parking right in front of the apartment. A perfect getaway, for calm and relaxing holidays for the entire family, where children can play safely. A baby/child cot is available upon request. The property owners are always ready to assist you during your entire stay.

Accommodation

There are 4 apartments on offer, of which 2 have four beds and 2 have six beds.

The one-bedroom apartment (35m2) can accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the ground floor. It contains a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, large fridge with freezer, cooker) and a sofa bed with an extra bed that can be pulled out (can become a double bed), a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, front and back garden with barbecue, mosquito nets on all doors and windows, high speed internet and air conditioning.

Six-bed apartments are located on the 1st floor and differ from four-bed apartments only in that they have a gallery with 2 single beds.

Bed linen and towels are changed every four days.

Nikiti

Nikiti is placed on the North part of the Greece, southeaster ward of Thessaloniki in a distance of 95 km. Previously is placed at the beginning of Sithonia, the peninsula of Chalkidiki.
