• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• Baby Cot: free of charge; From 0-1, 99: years old free of charge
• Check in time 15:00 pm / check out 11:00 pm. Late checkout: from 12:00-18:00 50% on the already agreed rate will apply. From 18:00pm 100% charge.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.

Mimimum stays
• From 10/06/22 until 14/07/22 minimum stay 2 nights
• From 15/07/22 until 28/07/22 minimum stay 3 nights
• From 29/07/22 until 22/08/22 minimum stay 5 nights
• From 23/08/22 until 12/09/22 minimum stay 3 nigh

• Note: Tourist tax (0.5€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 14 days before arrival.

Cancelation policy

• Low season (21/04-09/06/22; 12/09-16/10/22): 7 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees of the total amount will apply. If canceled up to 8 days before the date of arrival, the deposit is refunded less the bank fee.
• Medium & High Season: 14 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees of the total amount will apply. If canceled up to 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit is refunded less the bank fee.
• Peak (15/07/22-22/08/22): 30 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees of the total amount will apply. If canceled up to 31 days before the date of arrival, the deposit is refunded less the bank fee.
• For cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival or in case of non-show or early departure, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
