Deres Apartments

Built in 2002, the apartments, separated in four buildings, are located just 600 meter from a sandy beach in the middle of beautiful vegetation and 500 meter from the centre of Hanioti village. They offer a magnificent view to Toroneos Gulf and the peninsula Sithonia and to Mount Athos on the third peninsula of Halkidiki.
Century old olive trees and various wild plants surround the houses. Next to one of the buildings, you will find a small children’s playground and plenty of space to park your car safely.

Located on the first floor: suitable for up to 5 persons with 2 bed rooms (1 with double bed, 1 twin bedded), living room (couchbed ) with kitchenette, bath room with shower, with a total size of 50 m². Large balcony (25 m²) with garden furniture: 1 table, 6 chairs. In Large Apartment up to 5 adults or 3 adults + 2 children

Hanioti - Kassandra

Hanioti in Halkidiki is located on the south east side, towards the end of the Kassandra peninsula, between the villages Polychrono and Pefkohori.

Distance from Thessaloniki Airport to Hanioti is approximately 95 kilometers and by car it will take you 1.5 hours to reach the village. Hanioti is one of the most popular and prettiest places of Halkidiki, ideal for couples and families.
