• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Diamond House is an air-conditioned residence set in Limenas, 250 meters from the main square and 300 meters from the port of Thassos. This modern home with precise decoration meets all requirements for your comfortable stay. It is located about 1km from the nearest beach and a 1,5km from the city beach.

Accommodation

There are 2 accommodation units:

• Maisonette is located on the upper floor. It has an area of 120m² and 2 levels. On the ground level there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa and a toilet. On the upper level there are 3 bedrooms with double beds. On the same level there is a bathroom with a tub and a washing machine. Maisonette has 4 air conditioners, balcony and table with chairs.

• Apartment is located on the ground floor and covers an area of 58m². It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and one living room with 2 sofa beds and an equipped kitchen. It doesn't have balcony, but in front of the entrance there is a seating area.

Both units have TV, hairdryer, iron facilities, mosquito nets and a baby cot that can be provided upon request.

Cleaning and replacement of towels and bed sheets take place every 3 days. There is a public parking available.

Limenas - Thassos

The small town of Limenas (also called Thassos) is the capital and main port of Thassos. It is located on the northern coast of the island, on the site of the ancient city of Thassos and is where most of the population is concentrated.

It is the administrative and commercial centre of the island, offering a plethora of hotels, restaurants, shops, banks, bars, taverns and clubs as well as a police office, a post office and a bus station. Limenas has a modern and an oldest part. The old quarter is the most beautiful part of the city, presenting great archaeological interest with its very interesting museum and the various ruins scattered all around. The old port is very picturesque, and so is the ancient marketplace.
