Dimitra Studios

The newly built complex Dimitra Studios is located at the center of "Mola Kaliva" at the southwestern tip of the Kassandra peninsula in Chalkidiki, Greece. Mola Kaliva is about 100km south of "Makedonia" Airport in Thessaloniki.

The complex is located 60m from the beach and 50m from the mountain.

Accommodation

The development offers the following accommodations:

• Two ground floor apartments approximately 40square meters each, with an open space living room /kitchen, two twin beds or twin sofa beds, full bathroom, and a master bedroom with full size bed. Each apartment has its own fenced yard, ideal for barbequing. Each of the apartments can accommodate up to 4 guests.

• One apartment on the 2nd floor of the building with a ceramic tile roof, approximately 45 square meters, with two rooms, fully functioning kitchen, full bathroom and a large veranda with a view of the sea. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.

• A two-story maisonette approximately 75 square meters (the floors are connected with an indoor staircase). On the first floor there is a fully functioning kitchen, spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fireplace, bathroom/wc, and one bedroom with full size bed and a balcony with a mountain view. The second floor has ceramic tile roof and wood- paneled ceilings, a bedroom with three single beds, access to a large balcony with a seaside view, and an attic bedroom with a full size bed and a window with a view of the mountain. The maisonette can accommodate up to 8 guests and is ideal for two families or a large group of friends.

• A two-story maisonette approximately 70 square meters (the floors are connected with an indoor staircase). On the first floor there is a fully functioning kitchen, spacious living room with two sofa beds, wc, and a large balcony. The second floor has ceramic tile roof and wood- paneled ceilings, a bedroom with two twin beds, a large balcony with bamboo furniture and a view of the sea, an attic bedroom with a full size bed, full bath, and a large window with a mountain view. The maisonette can accommodate up to 6 guests and is ideal for two families or a large group of friends.

All apartments have:

• Fully equipped kitchen (Large fridge, utensils, coffee maker, toaster)

• Possibility for barbecue
• Large balconies overlooking the sea
• Private Parking
• The distance from the beach is about 60 meters

The complex is open for business from June 1 to September 30.

Prices

• Price ranges € 37 - 90 per night depending on the time period and the number of guests (up to 4 persons) 

The apartments and maisonettes are available to rent on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, or for the entire season. The cost for long-term rent is adjusted accordingly so as to provide more reasonably priced accommodations.

Mola Kaliva - Kassandra

Mola Kaliva is a quiet and scenic area with beautiful tavernas and shops that offer all the amenities for vacationing guests while providing an ideal environment for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Its white sandy beach is clean and perfect for small children, while the pine tree- filled mountain offers a great opportunity for hiking.

Mola Kaliva is located next to the ancient town of "Mendis" and close to the exquisite beaches of Posidi, the cosmopolitan Fourka, the scenic fishermen's village of Nea Skioni, and the hot springs of Agia Paraskevi.

Health Services: There is a pharmacy in Nea Skioni and a Health Clinic in Kassandria.

From Airport: Mola Kaliva is about 100 km from airport "Macedonia" in Thessaloniki and one hour journey.

The nearest gas station is in Nea Skioni (7 km) and ATM in Fourka (12 km), Kassandreia (25 km) or Chanioti (12 km).
