Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Elli’s Onar Studios is an accommodation situated in Sykia on the peninsula of Sithonia in Halkidiki. It offers an outdoor pool and a private parking available on site. If you want to get in touch with nature, this is an ideal choice for you as it covers a green area of 4000m².

Accommodation

This air-conditioned accommodation consists of 8 newly built rooms - 4 double studios and 4 two-level studios that can host up to 4 people. Two-level studios (maisonettes) are on the ground floor, contain one double bed and sofa that can unfold. Double studios have double bed and there is a possibility of adding one extra bed for a child up to 15 years old. Each of them has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stovetop, toaster, kitchenware, coffee machine).

The accommodation is easily accessible to people with disabilities. The cleaning of rooms and change of towels and linens are done every 3 days.

It has a private parking, free Wi-Fi internet, outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage and sunbeds as well as barbecue area.

It is 2 km away from the settlement of Sykia. Sykia beach in a straight line is 300m away. Something that most people prefer to do in order to get to know the area is to visit its beautiful coves (Agridia, Valti, Griavas, Ai Giannis rocks on the left of Sykia beach, Mills Sykia beach, Linaraki, Pigadaki, Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Kalamitsi).
