Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Emma's House is a ground-floor house located in the mainland of Greece, in Plagia, across Lefkada. The location of the house is suitable for the tour of Lefkada and takes you about 20 minutes to the capital of Lefkada. Distance from Preveza is 30 km, and Aktion Airport is 24 km away. Villa is suitable for up to 6 persons. There are no organized beaches nearby, so if you want to visit beaches you will need a car.

Accommodation

Villa Emma's House has two bedrooms, a living room (lounge), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. In one bedroom there is a double bed and single bed, in the second bedroom there is one double bed, and in the living room, there are two sofa beds. The villa also has a garden, air conditioning, parking and WiFi internet.

Location

Emma's House is located across from Lefkada, in the city of Plagia, which is from Aktion Airport 24km, and the capital of Lefkada is about 11 km away. In the surrounding area there are no decorated beaches, so a beach car needs a visit to the beach. The villa is located near the church of Panagia.
