Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Fotinis Studios 2 is located in Toroni, in Sithonia, about 200 meters from the sandy beach. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and bakers (about 130 meters away).

Accommodation

The two-story complex Fotini Studios 2 has a total of 6 accommodation units - four three-bed studios and two apartments with a separate bedroom.

All accommodation units feature WiFi internet, TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows, and there is also a baby cot upon request depending on the availability. They also have a kitchenette and a private bathroom.

It is also possible to use the washing machine for free, as well as pets and pets are allowed. Guests can use the barbecue in the yard, and there is also private parking.

Toroni - Sithonia

Halkidiki is located southeast from Thessaloniki and it is the most famous holiday destination of North Greece especially in summer time.

Toroni abstains 135 km from Thessaloniki’s Airport and can be easily reached by car (rented or your own) or by bus. It is a unique place for relaxed and quiet vacations. According to Greek Mythology, this was the place that Proteas, the son of Poseidon(god of seas) was living with his wife Toroni.

Very close to Toroni, lies Porto Koufo, a unique natural port with many fish taverns. Around Toroni, there are some of the best beaches of Greece including Toroni Beach itself, Aretes, Destenika, Kalamitsi, Kriaritsi, Tigania, Linaraki, Pigadaki, Sarti Beach, Kavourotripes, Armenistis, and Platanitsi. Also in these beaches, there are many famous beach bars.
