Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Our brand-new hotel Palladium Sithonia is built from eco materials and it has the best quality Italian furniture. Our guests will sleep on new high-quality mattresses, bedsheets and pillows, everything designed with hypoallergenic materials. Our priority is that the guests feel special, happy and to enjoy something fresh and new, only 30m away from the beautiful Kalamitsi beach.
