• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (1.5€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 60% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 14 days prior to arrival of the guest.

• Official check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00 (most of times there is flexibility if a guest requests a different time).

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more. If canceled 29-14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost will be refunded.
• If canceled 14-0 days prior to arrival or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Ideal House is located in Parga, only 400 metres from the most beautiful beach of Ionian Sea, named Valtos, where you can enjoy nature and the tranquillity of warm hospitality. Hospitality is a kind of art to which we always pay attention even to the last detail with a sole purpose, the satisfaction of our visitors.

Ideal House consists of superior studios up to 2 persons. Each studio is decorated by high aesthetics.

The elegant rooms with Coco-Mat mattresses guarantee a restful sleep in a tranquil and peaceful environment.

Free cleaning service and bed linen changing is done twice a week, while towels are changed every other day.

With commitment to tradition we prepare for you a rich Greek breakfast from local recipes, which will liven up your taste for the rest of the day.

Enjoy the shining sun on the elegant and comfortable sunbeds with a view to swimming pool and the lush green garden. Our hotel reception is available to help you with your wishes.

Valtos Beach & Parga
