Katerina's Apartments are located in Paradisos area, just 500 meters from the cosmopolitan city of Neos Marmaras and only 100 meters from the long sandy beach Paradisos. A quiet location, family style accommodation combined with the greenery of the area and the blue sea, create a comfortable environment for families and couples who want peace and relaxation in a relaxing and friendly environment.

At the walking distance, all necessary facilities are available such as supermarket, bakery, fish tavern, taverns, pizzerias, etc.

Accommodation

The complex consists of spacious studio apartments that can accommodate 2-7 people. They have a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, where you can make breakfast or light meal, fridge, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV.

All apartments have a spacious terrace and are designed with great love to the smallest details, offering a warm atmosphere.

There are two types of accommodation units: studios and two-bedroom apartments. The studios have one double bed and one single bed, with the possibility of adding another bed. Studies can accommodate up to 4 people.

Two-bedroom apartments consist of two bedrooms with a living room and two bathrooms. They can accommodate from 5 to 7 people and represent a good choice for accommodating a larger family or a group of friends. 

Apartments have one double and one single bed in the first bedroom and one double in the other bedroom. Bigger apartment has also one extra bed in the second bedroom and folding sofa in the living room.

Neos Marmaras - Sithonia
