Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

The Houses 1 complex offers modernly designed apartments located in Lefkada, 500 meters from the port of Lefkada, and the nearest beach, Agios Ioannis, is about 2 kilometers away. They are suitable for up to 4 people.

Accomodation

The Houses 1 complex consists of 2 modern apartments, each of which can accommodate up to 4 people.

Apartments I1 and I4 are similar in appearance, and each of them has a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen with a dining table and chairs. They have everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including a TV, air conditioner, hair dryer, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a stove with an oven, as well as a washing machine. The bedroom is spacious, nicely lit and equipped with a French bed, while the living room has a sofa bed and a coffee table.
