Koumaros Villas

Koumaros Villas is the accommodation in Loutra, with an unlimited view of the Aegean Sea and a unique sunset. It is located in exactly the same location as Koumaros Hotel, just a few meters away, and consists of seven independent villas. The villas have two or three levels (ground floor, first and second floor), large terraces, barbecue in the yard, sitting sets, umbrellas and a shared swimming pool.

Villa Marilena No.37 (125m2) consists of three levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room with two sofa beds for four children, a TV, an equipped kitchen, dining room with a dining table and a small toilet. The staircase leads to the first and second floor. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with one double and two single beds, a bathroom and terraces with seating furniture. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with one double bed, a separate bathroom and a large terrace. Guests can use the barbecue, parking, large yard and easy access to the common complex area.

Villa Stathis No. 33 (135m2) consists of three levels. The entrance to the villa is at the back, next to the small complex entrance, at 30m from the parking. On the ground level, there is a living room with two sofa beds for two adults and two children or four children, a TV, an equipped kitchen, dining room with a dining table and a small toilet. The staircase leads to the first and second floor. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with one double and two single beds, a bathroom and terraces with seating furniture. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with one double bed, a separate bathroom and a large terrace. Guests can use the barbecue, parking, large yard and easy access to the common complex area.

Villa Antony No. 34 (145m2) consists of three levels. The entrance is directly from the parking lot, next to the main entrance to the complex, and leads to the first floor with a living room with two sofa beds for two adults and two children or four children, a TV, an equipped kitchen, dining room with a dining table, small toilet and a terrace with sitting area. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with one double and a single bed i.e. two single beds, terrace and a bathroom. On the second floor, there's a bedroom with one double bed, bathroom and a large terrace with sitting furniture. The villa has a small courtyard and easy access to the complex common area from the ground floor.

Villes Joy No. 35 & Mary No.36 (145m2) consist of three levels. The entrance is directly from the parking lot, next to the main entrance to the complex, and leads to the first floor with a living room with two sofa beds for two adults and two children or four children, a TV, an equipped kitchen, dining room with a dining table, small toilet and a terrace with sitting area. Villa Eva No. 27 (105m2) has a living room with a sofa bed for two children, a TV, an equipped kitchen, dining room with a dining table, small toilet, terrace with sitting furniture and a barbecue on the ground floor. The staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms with one double and two single beds, bathroom and a terrace.

Villa Eva No. 28 (105m2) on the ground floor has a living room with two sofa beds for up to four children, a TV, an equipped kitchen, dining room with a dining table, small toilet, terrace with sitting furniture and a barbecue on the ground floor. The staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms with one double and two single beds, bathroom and a terrace.

Location

Koumaros Villas are located in the area of the Agia Paraskevi Spa in Kassandra, Chalkidiki.

The place is unique thanks to its landscape relief, its small and peaceful village, its port with the beautiful sandy beach, its south-west orientation with a delightful sunset.

In the village you can find all essential supplies, fish restaurants, coffee bars, beach bars, sunbeds on the sand, etc. At the end of the village you can find the spa, which is known for its therapeutic properties, offering moments of relaxing, well-being and regeneration for bathers of all ages. It is worth visiting it throughout the year.

At a close distance from the area, there is the village of Nea Skioni, with a lot of shops and a port able to host big recreational crafts.
