Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Lagonisi House is located 300 meters from the sea, 650 meters from the famous Lagonisi beach, in Ormos Panagias, on the peninsula of Sithonia.

Offers peace, privacy, garden, outdoor dining area, BBQ facilities, parking and sea view.

Accommodation

Lagonisi House consists is a house of two studios on the high ground floor, and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children (up to 6 years old).

Terrace (about 15m2) is shared for studios and offers table and chairs for each studio and sea view.

Each studio is 33m2. First studio inlcudes a double bed, a single bed and an extra folded bed. Second studio has a double bed, a single bed and an extra armchair bed.

Linen and towels change is done every 5 days.

Lagonisi beach

Lagonisi beach, which is one of the TOP 3 most beautiful in Sithonia. Lagonisi is a really beautiful sandy beach with a lot of shade in the hinterland (on the left), a view of a small island, turquoise sea and a shallow perfect for children. There is also a mini sand bar that separates the two parts of this extremely popular beach.

It is 2 km from Ormos Panagias, 8 km from Nikiti and 25 km from Neos Marmaras.

It is not recommended to come here on weekends during the season, because the big crowd is quite certain. In the continuation of the parking lot, there is another dusty road that leads to the embankment where there is a parking lot and part of the beach for those who have their own equipment.

There is no free facilities on the right part of the beach, so you need to bring water, food, rugs, parasols if you are camping on the sand. In 2015, a bar was opened on the left side of the beach, and the entrance to the beach, which is also a drink, is paid. Consumption prices vary during each season.
