Lampos House

Lampos House is a complex in Vourvourou, on the Sithonia peninsula, 220 meters from the nearest (unorganized) beach. It offers accommodation for 2-7 people, a spacious garden with a barbecue, a children's playground, and free private parking.

Accommodation

Lampos House consists of two studios and four apartments.

All units have a private bathroom with a shower, a furnished balcony, and a kitchen that includes a three-burner mini-oven and a refrigerator. The apartments also have a dining area.

The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, hair dryer, and mosquito nets.

• Studio A1 for two persons - Contains a double bed.

• Studio B2 for 3 persons - Includes three single beds.

• Apartment B1 for 6+1 - Contains three bedrooms. One has two joined single beds, the other a double bed, and the third three single beds (two are joined together).

• Apartment B2 for 6 persons - Features three bedrooms with two single beds each (in one room the beds are joined together).

• Apartment C1 for 4 persons - Contains two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

• Apartment C2 for 4+1 - Includes two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other a single bed and couch.

The complex includes a spacious, beautifully landscaped yard. Guests have access to a barbecue, outdoor seating and dining areas, a children's playground, and free, covered private parking.

Vourvourou - Sithonia

Vourvourou is a popular holiday spot on Sithonia's east coast about 120km from Thessaloniki. The long ribbon-like development follows the main coast road as it cuts it was along the pine trees and olive groves. Among the trees are newly built villas as this has become a favorite getaway for weekending Greeks. There are the usual tourist facilities for a popular resort. Vourvourou village has minimarkets and shops, cafes, tavernas, restaurants, and pizzerias.

Vourvourou itself has several small bays and coves that are relatively quiet, even in the main summer season. The seas are very shallow here so it is ideal for families with young children. It is possible to walks meters into the sea without it getting very deep. Watersports are much in evidence with jet skis, windsurfing, sailboats, and motorboats for hire. An offshore coral reef is a magnet for divers.

Offshore are nine islets that attract day trippers. Some, such as the largest one at Diaporos even have their own small sandy beaches.
