Cancelation policy

• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Description

Surrounded by gardens in a total area of 4000 m2 the Leisure Moments Maisonette is part of a complex of three vacation houses close to the beach of the holiday resort Possidi. The Leisure Moments Maisonette is ideal both as a hideaway for relaxation and enjoyment and for family vacations, because of its spacious and comfortable premises.

The airport of Thessaloniki (SKG) is an hour away and the next grocery store at a distance of only 150 m. More shops and restaurants are located at the beach promenade of Possidi in about 10 minutes walk. The dreamlike beach Aegeopelagitika by the mirror-blue waters of the Aegean Sea is accessible within 5 minutes by car.

Accommodation

Maisonette is 82m2 on two levels, has two bedrooms, one bathroom and can accommodate up to 6 persons.

Thanks to its air conditioning and heating system the Leisure Moments Maisonette is suitable not only for the summer but also for winter holidays.
The house has direct access to the gardens of the complex and a large private outdoor dining area. On the ground floor there is the first bedroom, the living room, the kitchen, the indoor dining area and the bathroom. On the first floor there is one more bedroom and the loft with an extra bed.

Smart TV with NETFLIX as well as WIFI are included.

Possidi

Posseidi has several local restaurants by the sea. You can try fresh fish and favorite Greek flavours. Many products are homegrown and the locals give much attention to fresh ingredients from the area. You can also try fresh fish in little fishermans village N.Skioni (10km from Posseidi). You can go out for a romantic drink by the moonlight in Posseidi’s bar Paragkes or the Italian restaurant of the Dolphin hotel and the lounge beach bar Pounta Beach. If you want something wilder Cocus beach bar in Aigiopelagitka beach is offering weekend parties but you could also try a bit more fun in the more crowded bars of the touristic villages of Fourka (3km from Poseidi), Siviri and Kalithea (15km from Poseidi).
