Monte Duca Studios & Apartments is a newly renovated, completely equipped, cozy, and comfortable studios and apartments in a quiet place in Argostoli, near De Bosset Bridge. 

The complex is situated only 5 min on foot from the Port, the Central Market, and the Central Kefallonian Hospital and 5 min by car from the famous beaches (Makris Gialos, Platis Gialos, Paliostafida, Gradakia), the St. Theodore Light House of the 19th c., the physical phenomenon of Katavothres.

Apartment "Myrtos" is a two-bedroom apartment of 55 square meters and is located on the first floor. It is suitable for up to 4 people. In one room there is a double bed, while in the living room, there is a sofa bed where two people can sleep. It has an equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, kettle and other equipment. You have a washing machine. It has a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. It has a TV, wifi internet, air conditioning, and a terrace.

Apartment "Assos" is a two-bedroom apartment with 48 square meters of floor area. It is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. Apartment 8 «Lixouri» is a two-room apartment of 55 sq.m. comfortable, self-catering and recently renovated. It's on the second floor and can accommodate 4 guests.

Cleaning and towel changing is done every three days. Staff can provide car rental booking service as well.

The apartments stand in an advantageous position for visiting all the beautiful and historical places of Argostoli and Kefallonia as well. The Historical and Cultural Museum, the Korgialenios Library, the Archaeological Museum, the Municipal Theatre “Kefalos”, the historical Kambana square with its Tower, the famous bridge De Bosset, the unique architectural work of art dating back to the 19th c., and the nearby Koutavos lagoon, with its magnificent environment, all 5 to 10 min on foot from the apartments.
