Makis House

Makis House is located 390 meters from the city beach and 200 meters from Metamorfosi, on the peninsula of Sithonia. Can accommodate 3 to 5 persons in the accommodation units.

City beach is accessible only on foot from the object or by car from the Metamorfosi.

Makis House offers green enviroment, swimming pool, private parking and nice place for relaxing.

Accommodation

Makis House consist of 2 studios that can accommodate up to 3 persons and 3 duplex apartments for 4-5 persons.

Studios include a double bed and a single bed as well as the seprate kitchenette.

Duplex apartments for 4 persons have a bedroom with a double bed and other room with 2 single beds. Single beds in apartment No.1,2 and 5 are 175cm long and are suitable for children.

5 Bed duplex apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and other room with 2 single beds (shorter from standard).

Linen and towels are changed after 3 days and the cleaning is daily.

Metamorfossi

Developed in 1925 by refugees from Asia Minor Metamorfossi has tourist accommodation within the village and along the beach and provides a delightful location for an unforgettable holiday.  There are many children’s camps in this region and there is also the Prodromos Monastery close by.

Metamorfossi lies 90km from Thessaloniki at the gateway to the peninsula of Sithonia and is an area of pine trees, beautiful beaches and coves with clear turquoise waters creating a magical and exotic environment.

Metamorfossi was once a small village where refugees settled after the destruction of Asia Minor.  The land belonged to the Orthodox Church and was formerly called Vozainas.  Today the village is a well developed tourist resort that has some of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Halkikdiki with fine sand, small idyllic coves, dense pine trees reaching to the sea and amazing sunsets.
