Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Maria Rooms are located in Kassandra, the first peninsula of Halkidiki village Polyhrono and is 85km from Macedonia Airport. There are many restaurants, fish taverns, supermarkets and many shops for souvenirs and a few kilometers away you can find many shops and nightclubs. The distance from the sea is 100 meters and three minutes walk from the rooms located in the village and 350 meters from the rooms located on the main street of the village.

Maria Rooms consist of apartments that are comfortable and fully furnished, and offer: complete kitchen, air conditioning, TV, hot water 24 hours, toaster, hairdryer and free WiFi internet. All units have terrace or balcony with city view. Can accommodate up to 4 persons.

Polichrono - Kassandra

Polihrono is about 98 kilometers from Thessaloniki and 92 kilometers from Thessaloniki's airport "Macedonia"

The beach is awarded with the Blue Flag every year for being organized and clean. The fine sand and crystal clear waters of the Toroneos gulf, combined with the rich green shades of pine forests and olive groves of the area, makes Polychrono one of the top beaches of Kassandra peninsula.

A hike up beyond the beach takes you to a high point where you have the best views of the bay. The resort has a number of hotels and apartments, music bars, super markets, bakeries and craft shops. The homonymous village is quite charming.
