Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Ideally located just 100 m from Neo Klima Beach, the family-run Maria Studios offers self-catering units with free WiFi and views over the Aegean Sea. It is set amidst a blossomed, colourful garden with a furnished courtyard and BBQ facilities for outdoor dining.

Opening to a furnished balcony or patio, the air-conditioned studios of Maria are traditionally decorated with dark-wooden furnishings. Each unit has a kitchenette with dining area, fridge and cooking hobs, and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. A TV and an iron are available.

Guests will find a variety of sports facilities, such as basketball and tennis courts, right opposite from the property. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes lie within walking distance.

Neo Klima - Skopleos

Neo Klima (Elios) of Skopelos island, situated by the coast on the south-west side of the island. It is 18km from Skopelos town and 10 km from the second port, Glossa. The very green area of Neo Klima is surrounded by pine trees that reach until the sea. It has stunning view the smaller neighboring islands and the Aegean Sea.
