Patriko Villa

Patriko Villa is set in Nea Peramos, region of Kavala, at the distance 150m from the central beach and 50m from the center. Although it is located in the center of the settlement, it is very quiet there even in the high summer.

Accommodation

Apartment is on the ground floor with 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. Kitchen contains a stove with oven, fridge, kitchenware.

In the first bedroom there is a double bed, in the second twin beds and in the third one a double bed and a semi-double bed (a little bit smaller than standard). In the living room there is a sofa bed and, if needed, one extra bed can be added.

The accommodation has no stairs, it is only 2 steps above the road.

Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels take place every 4-5 days.

The geographical location of Nea Peramos is excellent because there are many interesting places nearby, such as Iraklitsa, Kavala, Philippi, Mount Paggaio, Aggiti’s Cave, the Eleuthera’s Baths, the Nestos River and much more.

At the famous and award-winning sandy beach of Ammolofi and the surrounding areas such as Iraklitsa or Kavala, you will find many organized beach bars where you can try various activities such as beach volley, rackets, water sports.
