Petros House

Set in the old part of Sarti, Petros House is an accommodation within walking distance from the beach and the center of Sarti. It’s only 80m away from Sarti’s beach and only 30m from the town center, with numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.

Its uniqueness lies in the fact that, while it’s only 30m from the town center, the location is peaceful and ideal for relaxation.

Accommodation

Petros House consists of 10 studios: one double (no.1), one triple (no.2), 5 quadruple (no.3, 4, 5, 7, 8) and one studio for 5 people (no. 6). The other two will be completed soon. They all are renovated except number 1, 2 and 3 that are located on the ground floor. 

All studios are equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony. Our accommodation also has a garden where the visitors can enjoy BBQ, a cup of coffee or a drink. On our open terrace, our guests can enjoy a unique view of both sea and mountain. 

Double studio no.1 (17m²) has one double bed. Triple studio no. 2 (22m²) consists of one double and one single bed. Quadruple studios no. 3 (22m²) and no. 4 (25m²) are on the ground floor and contain one double bed and bunk bed.

On the first floor, there are studio no. 5 (25m²) with one double bed and bunk bed and studio no. 6 (27m²) with one double bed, one single bed and one sofa. Quadruple studio no. 7 (25m²) has one double bed and a sofa and it is also on the first floor. Studio no.8 (25m²) is located on the second floor, but it also has one double bed and one sofa.

Each of them have a kitchen with fridge, stovetop and kitchenware.

There is a public parking available in front of the house. The replacement of linen takes place every 5 days.

Sarti - Sithonia

Sarti is situated on the eastern coast of Sithonia peninsula and stretches along a three kilometers beach. Today, Sarti is a tourist center where visitors can enjoy the beauty of the nature, combining mountain and sea, the green crystal clear waters, the white sand, the inviting coves, the unique beaches that are protected by the scenic cliffs and all of them can enchant the visitor and "carve" unforgettable memories to the friends of the sea.

The place is ideal for surfing, water skiing, fishing, and strolls to the nearby beaches. On the road from Sarti to Vourvourou, you will find the cleanest and the most picturesque beaches in Sithonia. Achlada beach is two miles away from Sarti. Within five kilometers we find the public camping of Platanitsi. One more kilometer away, we meet the coasts of Portokali and Kavourotripes. Portokali is famous for its carved rocks.

The beaches of Sarti, of Platanitsi and of Achlada are considered as some of the best in Sithonia, with fine sand, trees, water sports facilities, and beach bar. The famous beach of Kavourotripes is unique with rock formations and blue-green sea. The beautiful beach of Armenistis is surrounded by a lush forest like the one of Platanitsi and of Achlada.
