Savas House

Savas House is located 100 meters from the Paradisos beach, 1km from the city center and 2km from the city beach, in Neos Marmaras, on the peninsula of Sithonia. Can accommodate 2 to 4 persons.

Savas House is surrounded by the nice green garden and offers outdoor kitchen and dining area as well as the BBQ facilities.

Accommodation

Savas House consists of 6 rooms and 2 apartments.

Rooms (18m2) have a double bed or 2 single beds. There is a possibility of adding an extra folded bed upon request. Rooms do not include a kitchen, but they have a fridge. Rooms are located in the semi-basement, ground floor and 1st floor. Can accommodate 2+1 persons.

Apartments (28m2) can accommodate up to 4 persons and are located on the 2nd floor. One apartment has a bedroom with 2 single beds and kitchen area with a double bed and the other is duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and the other with 2 single bed) and separated kitchen.

Linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

Paradisos beach

Paradisos (Paradise) Beach is located in the region of Neos Marmaras in the Sithonia peninsula, at a distance of 126 km from Thessaloniki. The beach is just 0,5 kilometers from the beach resort of Neos Marmaras. Paradisos Beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag and has a well-developed tourist infrastructure, with apartments and studios to suit a variety of budgets, just a few 100 m from its sandy shore. This is a true paradise with long stretches of golden sand, blue waters and low mounds draped in lush vegetation giving the place an exotic touch.

Neos Marmaras - Sithonia

Neos Marmaras is one of the most cosmopolitan villages in Halkidiki. It is a picturesque village that was built amphitheatrically on a top of a hill.

The village was founded in 1922 by some refugees from Asia Minor.

It was built amphitheatrically on a top of a hill, surrounded by a pure blue sea. The village was founded in 1922 by some refugees from Asia Minor, joined by some of the inhabitants of Parthenionas in 1970.

Just outside the village stands the modern and luxurious hotel complex of Porto Carras, offering three hotels, a marina, an open-air theatre, a golf course and a casino.

In its vast lands citrus, almond and pistachio trees are cultivated, while its vineyards produce the well-known Carras wines. Combining sea, mountain and full entertainment, Neos Marmaras is a great place to go for those who want to enjoy dynamic and crazy holidays.
