• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 10% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Sun Hotel is a family hotel located in the center of Polichrono in Halkidiki. It is located about 60 m from the beach and just minutes from the center of the village where there are restaurants, coffee bars and shopping center.

Accommodation

In Sun hotel there are 40 air-conditioned rooms with private balcony and modern décor, interior courtyard with pool and free sunbeds, lobby and a bar with an outdoor veranta.The coffee-bar serves drinks and snacks throughout the day, which you can enjoy by the pool, on the two terraces or in the room balcony. Included are a satellite LCD TV and fridge. Free WiFi is available in the public areas.

In the cafe-bar we serve breakfast buffet from 07:30 to 10:45. It consists mostly of Greek products in Halkidiki and generally of Macedonia, such as: fresh bread from the bakery in the neighborhood, toast, flower honey from a producer in Polychrono, herbal tea from the region...

Polichrono - Kassandra

Polichrono is a quiet resort located on the eastern side of Kassandra peninsula, between the villages of Kriopigi and Hanioti. The story of Polichrono begins about 650 BC, when the snippet was from Naples Eretria which was destroyed in 540 AD from the Huns. In the 11th century, founded the village of "Polichroo", named so because of the many flowers that were there. In 1821 torched Polichrono and destroyed. Later some survivors rebuild the village

The beach is awarded with the Blue Flag every year for being organized and clean. The fine sand and crystal clear waters of the Toroneos gulf, combined with the rich green shades of pine forests and olive groves of the area, makes Polychrono one of the top beaches of Kassandra peninsula.

A hike up beyond the beach takes you to a high point where you have the best views of the bay. The resort has a number of hotels and apartments, music bars, super markets, bakeries and craft shops. The homonymous village is quite charming.
