• Damage deposit cash on check-in is 300€. The damage deposit will be returned upon check-out after an inspection of the general condition of the house.

• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Accommodation cancellation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Tamara Luxury Villa is located in Pefkohori, one of the liveliest resorts in the peninsula of Kassandra.

The villa has a private garden, barbeque equipment, and two parking spaces. It can accommodate up to 12 people.

Accommodation

The villa has three levels, with a total of 200 square meters. The ground floor consists of a living room with a satellite TV, a bathroom, and a kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher. The bedrooms are spread across the first floor and the underground floor.

The first floor has three bedrooms with double beds, while the underground floor offers one bedroom with double beds, and the other one with two double sofa beds. Each level has a bathroom.

The villa offers air-conditioning and Wi-Fi connection. In the garden, there are two parking spaces available.
