Villa Anastasia Apartments

The Villa Anastasia sea view hotel gives the visitor the feeling of home to their holiday, and it is located in Pefki, on the island of Evia, just 80 m away from the beautiful beach of Pefki for you to enjoy swimming and sunbathing. The design of both the studios and the apartments vary depending on the tastes of visitors. For our younger guests a playground is located in one of the three gardens that surround the perimeter of the complex. Finally, parking is available for our customers.

Superior studio

• On the second floor we will find these studios. Investments with brick walls, minimal and modern furniture and beds will give an indescribable joy to the visitor. Double and single bed are separated by a divider giving the impression of two independent sites. From the private balcony you can enjoy the panoramic views of both the sea and the pine forest of Pefki. (30 sq.m, 1 Double & 1 Single bed)

Apartment

• Apartments with separate bedroom addressed to families for a comfortable stay. Located on the ground floor of the complex with direct access to the garden and playground. (47 m², Double, 1 Single & 1 Sofa bed)

Superior apartment

• Affordable luxury in two great and independent apartments, whose main feature is the panoramic view of the sea and the elegance that surround them. Located on the 2nd floor with two independent private balconies. Bathroom washbasins natural stone and layers of high quality independent springs Advance touch ii of Media Strom complete the puzzle enjoyment. Family room

• Family rooms are among the class of Studios and Apartments. They are suitable for families of four. Situated on the first floor, in front of the complex overlooking the sea. Wrought iron beds with mattresses of Media Strom will make your sleep pleasant.

Pefki - Evia

A quiet, picturesque fishing village in the winter, Pefki turns into one of the most popular for tourists, cosmopolitan places of North Evia in the summer. Its name comes from the plentiful pine trees that line the big beach at the seafront ("pefko" is the greek name for "pine" tree). Pefki is surrounded by hills full of pine trees dominating the scenery and gently to the blue sea, creating an admirable combination of green and blue that rests the eye and awake to senses especially during the idyllic sunsets at the sea of Evoikos which the whole town overlooks. 

The 1,5 km long seaside pedestrian road gives adults the chance to enjoy their stroll by the cool sea and young children the opportunity to play and ride their bikes, free without the slightest fear of getting hurt from vehicles or other potential sources of danger.
