Villa Flisvos

On the northeastern island of Lefkada, in the traditional fishing village, Ligia, Villa Flisvos is located, 4 km from the capital of Lefkada. This villa is a complex consisting of fully equipped apartments and studios, located in a green environment by the sea. In combination with sea blue, this facility provides a pleasant atmosphere that will contribute to the holiday in the warm summer months.

Accommodation

Villa Flisvos contains a studio for two and three persons, as well as apartments for four or five persons. All accommodation units have sea views and are equipped with air conditioning, kitchen, TV, safe, wireless internet.

There are 4 studios (2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor). On the first floor, there are 6 apartments for 4 persons, each has two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. On the ground floor, there are also 5 apartments with two bedrooms for 5 persons, which have a kitchen and a bathroom.

Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be payed first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy

• If canceled up to 40 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded minus any transaction fees.
• If canceled, modified later (less than 40 days before the date of arrival) or in case of no shown, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Ligia - Lefkada

Ligia, a small fishing village, is located 6km from the town of Lefkada overlooking the fortress of St. George. Basically, Ligia is run along a street with shops, tavernas and cafes, picturesque houses, some of which are made in stone. It has a gravelly sheltered beach with a pleasant natural shade. Ideal for those who love walking in nature, its hinterland is covered with pine forests and olive groves. Every morning in the port arrive boats with a fish catch. A few restaurants on the waterfront offer a wide selection of meals from always fresh fish. Shops at the place meet the basic needs, there are two markets, bakers, gas stations, and the city of Lefkada can be taken by bus. Ligia is a quiet and relaxing place for a holiday.
