• At Easter (03/05/24 to 06/05/24) the minimum stay is 4 nights.
• Holy Spirit (21/06/24 to 24/06/24) – early booking rates don't apply - the price is 555 EUR/ per night.

• The guest is requested to pay 40% of the balance in advance, 60% should be paid 31 days before arrival.

Minimum overnight stay:

• 2 - from 01/04 until 30/04 and from 01/10 until 31/10
• 3 - from 01/05 until 16/06 and from 30/09 until 20/09
• 4 - from 17/06 until 30/06 and from 13/09 until 19/09
• 5 - from 01/07 until 18/07 and from 26/08 until 12/09
• 7 - from 19/07 until 25/08

Cancellation policy:

• For no payment of the second advance payment (20%) until 31/03/24, the reservation is cancelled and 40% (first advance payment) will be charged.
• For cancellations until 42 days prior arrival 60% (first+second advance payment) will be charged.
• For cancellations from 30 days or less prior arrival 100% will be charged.
• In case of non-show or earlier departure, the total reservation amount will be charged.

• Early booking rates are non-refundable.

The cost of the extra services of the heated pool and the heated outdoors area, depends on the days that the guests will stay, so we will inform you each time according to the inquiry. For any questions or additional information, we remain at your disposal.

Premium Villa Ithaca is located in Pefkohori, on the peninsula of Kassandra, and is a totally private villa which unfolds in two levels. The luxurious yet cozy interior design is fresh and elegant. The villa “becomes one” with its private pool, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the view of the water all day long through its bright windows. The view both from the balcony and the swimming pool area is remarkable and the access to the beach is an only five-minute walking distance.

Premium Villa Ithaca, as the other villas of our resort, uses green power electricity. This means that our latest-technology systems generate electricity from solar energy while you enjoy your vacation with ultimate respect for the environment.

All rooms have beds with carefully selected COCO-MAT natural mattresses and pillows. COCO-MAT is a firm which constructs handmade mattresses, pillows and other sleep products by using naturally replenished raw materials such as cotton, seaweed, wool and wood sourced locally in Greece and Europe.

Furthermore, with a SMART 43″ TV in every room, we want to make sure that you’re sleeping and movie night experience will be far beyond your expectations.

Pefkohori - Kassandra

Pefkohori is located around 100 km of Thessaloniki on the most beatufull part of Chalkidiki. Surounded by peacefull forest and sandy beaches with chrystal water, ideal for swiming and for children. Pefkohori is a village located on the eastern side of Kassandra peninsula, between the villages of Paliori and Hanioti.

The beach is awarded with the Blue Flag every year for being organized and clean. The fine sand and crystal clear waters of the Toroneos gulf, just before its last cape, in an area which could be an ecologist's paradise.
