Villa Kyriaki  is a 3-floor family complex located in Nea Iraklitsa town, a popular tourist destination, just 200 meters from the beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters. It takes only 2 minutes by car or 10-20 minutes walking on the stone-paved path next to the sea to reach the heart and the center of Nea Iraklitsa, where guest can have coffee, take a walk on the beautiful marina , or have a meal in one of the waterfront restaurants.

Terrace Suite
This spacious luxurious suite consists of two floors and all the commodities you might need for a pleasant stay. The first floor has large living room with a big extra comfortable corner sofa, a 43 inch 4K  Wide screen Smart TV , a Full equipped kitchen where the  brand new dinning set can host 8 guests while there is a special dinning corner for children, and a  WC.  A terrace awaits you right outside the living room with appropriate furniture to relax in the sun and a barbecue corner to enjoy with your friends . The second floor has three double bedrooms, equipped with  brand new queen size double beds (1.60X2.00m) with anatomic mattresses with latex, coated/lined with excellent quality artificial leather. One of them has also a single bed . All bedrooms have a balcony and are equipped with  A+ Air Conditioning . A full bathroom .A free of charge extra guest bed.This luxurious 2-floor maisonette can accommodate three families with children or a big group of friends. 

Garden Suite
This is a bright one floor fully equipped apartment. It has one double bedroom with a huge closet, as well as a kitchen  with dishwasher, living room, dinning room, and one full bathroom. It also has a sofa bed, making easy to host a family of 5. This suite is located on the ground floor making it pleasantly cool even in the hottest days of the summer. The Garden fitted with wooden furnishing and an umbrella  awaits  you right outside the living room to relax in the sun. There is a BBQ  corner to enjoy meals with your friends. If you consider coming over for the winter, you can take pleasure in the warmth of a fireplace. A free of charge extra guest bed.

Nea Iraklitsa - Kavala

Nea Iraklitsa is a small town on the bay, opposite Thassos Island, and close to the more popular Kavala resort (13 km). From Belgrade, along the E75 motorway to Nis, Skopje, and finally, Thessaloniki, from which you have about 140km drive, you will arrive in Nea Iraklits in about 8 hours.

The beautiful promenade is located next to the harbor, with many tavernas where you can taste delicious home-made meals, pastry shops and bakeries, surrounded by rows of palm trees that provide a fairytale scene with their lighting at night. The largest beach stretches along the entire bay, about 2km away, with many cafes offering their parasols and deck chairs for guests to use, and has owned the Blue Flag for 10 years.

It is sandy, clear and calm with no waves, and with gradual depth, and near the beach there are neat parks with swings and slides and playgrounds, so it is ideal for little ones. There is also a sailing club and several sports fields at your disposal. All the beaches around Nea Iraklitse are sandy.
