Villa Maria is a family business and it is located in the centre of the village Potos 200m from the nearest shore. From Villa Maria Maria you can access many interesting places of Thassos.

If you want an enjoyable swim you should find the St.Antonios beach.It's 5 minutes from the hotel if you go on foot.There you can relax and enjoy the hot sun and the cool sea breeze.

As for your entertainment,there are many taverns and restaurants where you can taste delightful local specialities. Only by walking a few minutes you can find the beach of Potos, ,which is a very vibrant place,especially by night. You can sit for a drink in a bar that is along the road or hear live music in one of the local clubs in the area.

Accommodation

Our small hotel is open from April to October. 

It has 2 studios for 3 persons,1 apartment for 4 persons and two seperate rooms for 3 persons each. The rooms are decorated with fine taste ,are spacious and fully equipped for your relaxing and pleasant stay in Thassos. We provide excellent service in a hospitable and relaxing atmosphere for enjoyable and memorable holidays in Thassos.

It is also worth mentioning that the central parking space of the village is 30m from our small hotel.

Potos - Thassos

Potos was a small fishing village to the south coast of Thasos island. The past 40 years, people from the nearby village of Theologos, who were immigrants mostly in northern European countries, have played their role to the new touristic character of Potos.

Here you will not find massive touristic units, but people who have built small family hotels. This is in a way our situation as well. I took over the job from my parents and extend it!
