Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled 15 to 30 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the paid deposit will be charged.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Villa Pavlos 1 is located on the Kassandra Peninsula, 300 meters from the center of Hanioti and 700 meters from the beach. It is set right next to the Masutis supermarket and the public parking lot. It can accommodate up to eight people.

Accommodation

The maisonette has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a dining area, and three terraces. It spreads over three levels and has an area of 120m2.

The middle level features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen,
a dining area, a terrace, and a guest toilet. The lower and upper levels both include two bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom with a shower cabin, and a terrace.

The unit is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. A washing machine is also available. Bed linen and towels are changed depending on the length of the guests' stay, no later than 5-6 days.

Guests have access to a yard with one parking space. There is a possibility to park two cars (one in the yard and another in front of the entrance gate).

Guests are offered the option of half-board with an additional charge at the Golden Residence Hotel, which is 1500 meters from the maisonette.

Pets are welcome.

Hanioti - Kassandra

Hanioti in Halkidiki is located on the south east side, towards the end of the Kassandra peninsula, between the villages Polychrono and Pefkohori.

Distance from Thessaloniki Airport to Hanioti is approximately 95 kilometers and by car it will take you 1.5 hours to reach the village. Hanioti is one of the most popular and prettiest places of Halkidiki, ideal for couples and families. A lot of modern and luxurious holiday resorts are available (as well as many rooms to let houses and other sorts of accommodation) while plenty of souvenir and gift shops give you the chance to buy all your holiday needs. ATM and medical aid are available in Hanioti as well.

Nightlife in Hanioti centers around the main square and it's side streets. The main square consists of cafes, bars & restaurants that come alive in the evening when the sun goes down. There are many taverns restaurants to choose from and a wide selection of variety. Local street merchants come out at night, some offering portraits, others jewellery, tattoos, fruit, nuts and lots more. Most shops and bars stay open till late at night.
