Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of an early departure, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Within 250 m from the harbor of Syvota, Villa Polyxeni offers romantically decorated rooms overlooking the Ionian Sea. A narrow path leads you to a small beach, while Bella Vraka and Karvouno beaches are a 10-minute walk away.

Featuring a furnished balcony, Polyxeni rooms are air-conditioned with iron beds. They come with a satellite TV, mini fridge, and en-suite bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Cleaning and linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

Villa Polyxeni includes a large, country-style kitchen, which guests can use to prepare their meals. Coffee and tea are offered daily free of charge. A charming, stone-paved terrace with an outdoor dining area is also featured.

Studios and apartments have a fully equipped kitchen.

Just a short walk from the complex, you will find traditional taverns, bars, super markets and bakeries. The port of Igoumenitsa is 22 km away. Free on-site parking is provided.

Sivota

Sivota is located on the southwestern coast of Thesprotia and it is 24 km far from Igoumenitsa, and 450 km from Athens. It is a contemporary, picturesque, offshore village, where the green scene embraces the unique dark blue color of the sea, creating a fabulous ensemble.

There are verdurous islands, with crystal-clear waters and wonderful beaches, scattering around the area, which seems to be an extension of the mainland. Seldom has nature endolled so much beauty to one only area!
