Zogia House

Zogia House is located within 20m from the sandy beach of Sarti, on the peninsula of Sithonia. It offers double, triple and quadruple studios. Simple and elegant, the accommodation offers a total relaxation in a quiet environment next to the blue waters of Aegean sea.

Accommodation

There are several types of fully equipped units which have an open plan fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom with shower and a furnished balcony either with street or with garden view, just some steps far from the sand.

Double studio with garden or street view: Located on the mezzanine or on the second floor is appointed with one double or two single beds. It can accommodate 2 adults.

Triple studio with garden view: Located on the mezzanine or on the second floor is appointed with one double and one single bed. It can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child.

Superior triple studio with garden view: Located on the top floor is appointed with one double and one single bed. It can host up to 3 persons.

Superior quadruple studio with garden view: Situated on the top floor, it contains one double bed and one bunk bed. It can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

There are 18 studios in total and they cover an area od 22m² approximately.

Semi-Ground Floor Family Suite: This spacious luxury one-bedroom suite is minimalistically designed and filled with natural sunlight. The living room features two sofa beds, and an open-plan fully equipped kitchenette. There is also a bathroom with a shower and complimentary toiletries. The bedroom is appointed with a king size bed, offering premium quality sleeping systems and private bathroom. Both rooms have air conditioning and TVs. Wall to wall glass doors lead to spacious, furnished balconies. There are two units of this type available, and each can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Towels change every second day, linens change every fourth day. Free public parking is available around and in front of the house.

Sunbeds and umbrellas are available in the Bel Air Beach-Cocktail Bar if you order a drink.

Sarti

Sarti is at the edge of the second peninsula of Halkidiki, Sithonia, and is the tourist paradise of the City Toroni. It is a seaside village with fewer than 1,000 residents. The population increases at the summer period since the area is an attraction for thousands of visitors, Greeks and foreigners.

A beach of 3 Kilometers surrounds a fishing village which turns into a big city in the summer months as thousands of visitors both from Greece and abroad come to enjoy the endless blue of the sea combined with the deep green of the surrounding mountains.
